Why is the GSN Online Shared Learning Award for teacher in hiatus for 2007.
At its annual meeting in July, 2006, the GSN Board of Directors decided to suspend the GSN Award program for one year.
This was due to several considerations, including: - other high-priority initiatives GSN is currently involved in
- the decline in the number of teachers in the U.S. who are able to conduct online projects (due to schedules crowded with testing requirements)
